My tracking notification says my package was delivered but the package is not here?!
f-stop assumes responsibility for your order until it is given to the carrier (UPS / US Postal Service / DHL / GLS). Once your order is in the passion of the carrier, they take ownership of the goods and until they are delivered to you. To ensure that your goods are delivered, we encourage you to ship the items with a delivery signature or to your place of work. If you are missing the goods and they show as being delivered you will need to open a claim with the carrier directly (if they are damaged in shipping you will need to contact f-stop Customer Support to open an RMA).
